New members receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit at q999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in total bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts is a policy violation.
- Bonus balances cannot be transferred or withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

7.2 Closure at Member's Request
